Southeastern North Carolina Agricultural Events Center. Situated on 84 acres, the 55,000 square foot Pavilion is primarily used for horse and dog shows but is easily adaptable for tradeshows, motorsports, livestock, and other types of events. There are 100 stalls conveniently located beside the Pavilion and another 64 available for overflow stabling. There are also camping sites with water and electrical hookups. The 7,000 square foot Meeting Center is perfect for social functions, weddings, family reunions, industry shows, business meetings, and expos. The meeting and conference rooms are designed for groups as small as 10 and as large as 900.

The Community Building is the building that was formerly the Farmers Market. This area contains 10,200 square feet and has a concrete floor. The building is heated but has no air conditioning. It has roll up doors that may be left open for cross ventilation, if appropriate for the event. This space is adaptable for many types of events and has been used for family reunions, weddings, dog shows, revivals, birthday parties, and small business meetings, to name just a few examples.
